In the interests of transparency, accountability and due to the fact that a large part of what we do is sorting out issues with production and durability, we are opening our warranty files for the world to see.

By doing this we hope to;

keep customers directly affected informed and updated

keep the general public informed regarding the quality and durability of the products we stock

keep our suppliers and manufacturers informed as to what issues need to be resolved
