Orders placed AND processed before noon are typically dispatched on the same day. Where payment is processed on time, we endeavour to dispatch ALL orders on a next day basis.

Transit time

Typical delivery times for orders within Ireland are two working days. Typical delivery times for the UK are 3 ? 5 working days. Typical delivery times for Rest of World are 7 ? 14 working days. accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping. Where possible, the customer will be issued with their tracking number so that they can monitor their order?s progress.

Shipping companies used endeavour to use the most efficient and affordable shipping methods possible. Please see below a list of shipping companies currently used and for what products. An Post (the Irish Postal Service): All small (usually single) items both locally, nationally and internationally. Fastrack: National deliveries to major towns and cities for larger items (i.e creekboats) and same day delivery. Fastway Couriers: Local and national deliveries for medium to large items (up to 200cms long) and orders containing multiple items. DFDS: Local, national and international deliveries on larger, bulky items (canoes and kayaks). DHL: International airfreight on large bulky items (kayaks).

All orders must be paid in euro

International orders may be paid by euro bank draft, credit/debit card or paypal. We cannot accept euro cheques, cheques drawn on a overseas bank or Maestro cards. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders.


N.B. Please contact customer service dept. for a return authorisation number prior to returning any product to Please also have a brief decription of the intended reason for return ready in case asked. ALL products sold by come with a minimum of 12 months manufacturers warranty Size and colour exchanges are accepted as long as the product is new and still has the tags on it. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to and we will make the size and/or colour exchange and ship the new product to the customer free of charge.

A full refund is available for unused, undamaged products with tags still attached purchased from within 30 days from original purchase date. Shipping is not refundable. will advise the best method of shipping for returns.
- If product is defective, or not as advertised, send the product back to with a note quoting the return authorisation number issued and a brief description of the problem with the product and your preference of a refund or exchange. Please also include a copy of original invoice as proof of purchase.

The customer service department requests that we allow 14 to 28 days turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. If the wait will be longer than anticipated, customers will be notified by phone/email.


ALL products sold by come with a minimum of 12 months manufacturers warranty (some offer an even longer period of warranty). As with all returns, please notify as soon as possible about a warranty situation. If are notified about a warranty outside the advertised warranty period (even where the incident occurred within the warranty period) that warranty will be deemed null and void. When notifying about a warranty, you may be asked to provide photographic and/or physical proof of the reason for seeking a warranty. If neither can be provided it will be impossible for us to process the warranty claim with our manufacturers. Warranties are provided at discretion. Where warranty on a product is agreed, reserves the right to either have the item repaired, replaced or refunded for the total amount paid on the original invoice. PLEASE NOTE: We provide warranty on the products we stock and supply. We cannot provide a warranty on shipping the products to you.

Product damaged during shipment

- Please inspect all product at point of delivery. Do not accept any product obviously damaged in transit. Do not sign ?item unchecked? or similar and accept any product obviously damaged in transit ? you will still be liable for accepting the damaged item. If you do accept product damaged in transit (or someone else accepts it on your behalf):
- Save the item and all its packaging.
- Notify us immediately and we will advise you how best to proceed.
