| New Canoes, Kayaks and Equipment carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. Canoes/Kayaks/Paddles/etc... are not guaranteed against breakage. Demo/factory second grade canoes and kayaks, whether new or second hand, carry a 6 month warranty. Damaged/repaired canoes and kayaks carry a limited 3 month warranty. Warranty claims must be notified within a week of occurrence/discovery. In order to process warranty claims it may be necessary for customers to return their boat ti I-Canoe at the customers expenses. In most circumstances the manufacturers decision is final. In exceptional circumstances, I-Canoe may agree to repair, replace or refund. (In that order) |
